Someone comes up with an insight. Not on the market yet. "This should be shared." Then it's hijacked to advance your ego. No longer in service of the insight itself. It becomes a vehicle for you to distinguish yourself. With this corruption of priorities, it becomes a forced process, not in reflection of the environment's needs and calling.
