The Prism of Consciousness · Where Am I · Who & What Am I ▹
White light. Cast through prisms into countless shapes – and there you are. Inquire – "Where am I, what am I, and who am I?" Don't spell it out. Shift your attention to the inquiry. Its essence: a perspective. Enter into the underlying field of awareness. This is self-inquiry. This process leads to your self-realization — and the realization that there's no self to be realized in any of your domains of operation. No need to establish our nest of identity in them. ⛲Living Awareness ▹

Meet Your Five Shells of Being · Inquiry Beyond the Cocoon ▹
Seek the ultimate inquirer. Recognize deeper and deeper planes of awareness. We speak of five bodies and five sheaths of the underlying raw consciousness. Your physical food-made body. Vital body of embodied dynamic energy. Mental body of feelings and flavors. Rational body of thought-forms. Causal body of uncognized latent impressions. As your attention shifts between them, inquire: "Where am I, and what am I there?" Also, who am I? Who is, what is, and why? ⛲Living Awareness ▹

What Self-Inquiry Is & Is Not · Beyond Mental Affirmations ▹
Self-inquiry is not a verbal or intellectual exercise. You won't reach self-realization by the mechanical repetition of "Who am I". Nor will you attain self-realization by disconnected philosophical inquiries. The core practice is the simple attending to the focal point of your attention. Returning to the center of the ground of being of your ongoing experience. Seek the ultimate inquirer. Recognize deeper and deeper planes of awareness. ⛲Living Awareness ▹
