We live in a distorted construct born of our fears and our hopes. When actuality doesn't match the ideatic frame, there are glitches. The shell begins to fracture. What about actuality? Raw reality? Existence as it is? So many objections to an objective reality. Our senses filter reality. We can't see or hear things as they are. But that's not the point here. We're not talking about external measurements for actuality. We're talking about the removal of internal distortions. What about the ego? Can't live with it, can't live without it. Confusing opinions abound. Ego – an identity container. That's all. A personality matrix. Like a character in a story. That's the baseline – and all it ever needs to be. Problematic when we start tweaking and crafting it. It's a vehicle for our interaction. A puppet on the stage.
