From Truth to the Way of Life · Path of the Sovereign Witness
⁘ “No finite king of the dogmatic crowds. Sovereign of a different order. In fact — simply here to testify to the truth. The truth in every fiber of existence — coated with our illusions. Of the truth — to the way — into radiant life.”
So here we are at the courtyard of Pontius Pilate.
The myopic Pharisees have brought in Jesus with their allegations to be judged.
Says Pilate, "This annoying lot, they say you claim to be their king. Is that true?"
Says Jesus, "If I should be a king, then,
certainly not a king of theirs, or a king of your world."
"My sovereignty is of a different order."
"In fact, I am here simply to testify to the truth."
This truth, the word, the logos,
the vessel for the radiance of Christ itself,
is embedded in every fiber of our existence.
This truth, you coat with projection and self-deception, blinding yourself.
From this truth, you will witness the path,
and in this path, you will discover the life.
"I am the truth, the way, and the life."
This is the meaning.
