You simply need to find those tethers.
They have always been there.
Nothing has ever been disconnected,
except in the overlay of your mind,
where you see all things as separate.
You pursue your goals out there
and you ignore the heart of
what's present right in front of your nose.
Casually, chipping away at our daily chores,
we abide on the planes of metacognition.
Witnessing the essence of all existence.
And then, by all means,
do not advertise your perception of that reality.
"This chainsaw for me symbolizes such and such,
how conscious I am."
Please. Just do your thing.
Be happy with the works you engage in.
You do not do any of that for any outcome.
None of these works happen as a matter
of the transformation of your
self-image in the eyes of others.
You are simply working on yourself.
