There are obviously plenty more windows hanging
on the branches of the Tree of Abstraction that encodes life,
but we've got to start somewhere, and observing
the octagon of your life-cycle is a good starting point.
You have on the second tier
the four subtle windows,
structures, adaptations,
reactions, relations.
We've touched on them briefly.
And beyond that you have the fundamental polarities,
the seer and the seen, awareness and matter.
And beyond that
you have the mirror plane,
the interface in between
being and becoming.
And you have tensions;
you have fields, emptiness, fullness, and so on.
Those are an exploration for another time.
