Now you may land in the present when your attention is funneled just the right way. Turn your head again and you're all over the place. The veils are still thick and sticky. You are yet to land in the harmonic essence of the present.

Aware of your instincts, emotions, thought-forms and identity. Your structures, cohesion, catalysis and relations. Aware of pushes, pulls and stability. But do not latch on to it — do not start holding on tight.
Be present in the fullness of what is present. Rewinding from all over time and space. Kind of present for a starter. Totally present. Absolutely present. Don't try to be present in a snapshot. Be present as it happens.
Is there something to be discovered? Isn't it all just like one and spiritual and done? A moment in the present — turn your head again and you're all over the place. The veils are still thick.
You can't be yourself anywhere else except in the present. Your future is yet to be written – your past is memories that are fading. Living only ever happens in the fullness of the present, exactly as it is.
Now·here. No·where. Everywhere. Simultaneously. So now·here and no·where are partners in crime in the process of enlightenment. Have them both. Emptiness and fullness. Necessary. But what's the process?
Be here now! — Right? Like a bunch of hippies in a pile – making love and going with the flow. In the zone — but not in the fullness of here and now. Then be present in full awareness of your entire stack of being. As it is.
Wherever you are, whatever you face – be there, recognize that. What need is there for awareness to be anywhere else but here? Handle the present on top priority – be here.
