People at work. Informal works, daily chores, busy with our hobbies. But engaged in works all the same. Some of it to sustain our lives. Some of it to fulfill our potentials. The real question is, why do you work and how do you work? To achieve those goals — or to nurture your awareness and evolution in life?
You walk around and wonder – what's the point? Most people have some sort of aim and direction in life. Whatever it is that they pursue. Does any of it hold true meaning? Is the sort of thing one reflects on. These are uneasy questions.
But you can open the lid of your stuffy container. Embark on a journey up the stairs — to higher and higher planes of metacognition. Witness all the sprouting little thoughts. Sure you think you have free will. But what's the actuality?
Maybe it's not the feeling you prefer. You so prefer, battle with the feels. Tension and suffering. Sometimes it's the end of the little inner world you created. Reborn into a new frame. Be mindful of how you weave that new world of yours.
Nature is your greatest teacher. Cities too teach you much — mostly about how life is distorted. In nature, there's a certain freshness, joy, clarity, and peace. Let go of those distortion fields. Back to nature, back to what is...
Who moves not to the tunes of the self, who reflects the needs of the world, moves in integration. Seeding bits of deeper and broader meaning. Watching the waves, weaving the threads, toward resolution, in serving nature's course.
Then the sum total of those reality tunnels driven by our intentions, the zigzag, the mishmash, idiosyncratic compilations, that is actually the matrix and lay of the land in your awareness. When you're in your reality tunnels, immersed in your little universe, you don't really see it for what it is. You don't see your finity when you're engrossed in it. You don't realize the conditions that bind you. Zoom out. Get a context.
The full spectrum of weather. Sunshine and rainfall. It's natural and it's beautiful. Problem is when you don't like that. That makes you moody sad. There's suffering. But it's just what is — it's an experience. Nothing is bad-bad.
Nature is what it is. That's all. There's a certain peace in all of that. If only we can stop reacting, what should and shouldn't be, we too might find peace. Seasons in our inner ecosystem. Emotional weather. As it is. Let it happen.
How tangible the density of the hallucinations shrouding the world. The atmosphere is saturated — the matrix envelops the collective mind. Once you see it for the hologram that it is, you can't hold on to it. Keep the watchtower clear.
Zooming into a broader perspective. Why though? What's typically going on is people are anywhere but in the fullness of their awareness. We step into our little reality bubbles, driven by our desire and intentions. Life map? Long since lost.
♪ Why does the sun keep on shining? Why does the sea rush to shore? Don't they know it's the end of the world! — Sun keeps on shining, just doing its thing. And yes, sometimes it is the end of the little world you created for yourself.
Out we go for a walk into fresh nature. So very different from watching life in the city. In nature, things are what they are. Nothing pretends to be anything. Sun. Clouds. Just doing their thing. A certain peace in all of that. As it is.
Every once in a while, I need to come down from the high hills. Ever up in the watchtower. Ever wondering the ways of the world. What are all these people doing? What's driving them? Each one of them living in worlds of their own design.
